Raise the Bar – Management Development

We are pleased to announce that we are working with Steve Smith, ex Olympic High Jumper, and his team at Raise the Bar, to develop our management capacity, investing in our future managers and preparing them for the next step on the career ladder.

This is an exciting prospect for our managers as it will give them opportunity to learn from inspirational leaders in knowledge transfer, personal development and leadership, giving them chance to mix with other individuals from well known organisations who have invested in their future leaders too.
