Role Responsibilities.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and responsiveness.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Efficiently process internal sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support external sales efforts by providing information, preparing documentation, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue.

The Ideal Candidate.

  • Extensive knowledge of building, timber and roofing materials.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact courteously and efficiently with trade customers.
  • Demonstrated success in a previous sales role, preferably in an internal sales or customer service capacity.
  • Attention to detail in handling paperwork, invoices, and other documentation associated with trade transactions.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Once that’s complete you will be given access to our HIVE portal where your induction and relevant training is held for you to complete within one month of commencement
