Andrea Rolt – Specialist Timber Expert, Widnes Branch.
After a career spanning finance, retail, and extended maternity leave, Andrea joined Silva Timber in 2018 as Senior Sales Support — where she quickly discovered that not all wood is created equal. With time and experience, her curiosity grew into expertise, and in November 2023, she stepped into her current role at Beesley & Fildes, bringing specialist timber knowledge and standout customer care to our Widnes, Hale Road branch.
What does Andrea’s role involve?
Andrea works closely with Architects, Developers, Self-Builders, and Landscapers, helping them find the right timber solutions for their projects — from large-scale retail builds to garden offices.
Her day-to-day includes:
- Understanding customer needs and matching them to our specialist timber range
- Liaising with our Mill Manager to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Supporting customers from initial specification through to site delivery
- Welcoming visitors to our Widnes branch and guiding them through options — no project too big or small
Andrea combines deep product knowledge with a personal touch, making sure every customer feels supported from start to finish.
What does Andrea enjoy most?
