With over 25 years in the industry and 17 of those spent at Beesley & Fildes, Kelly brings a wealth of experience, insight, and dedication to the team. After working across various merchants in the North West, she joined Beesley & Fildes and quickly found her professional home.

Since then, she’s progressed through a range of roles – from Trade Counter Manager to Internal Sales – and now thrives as part of the External Sales team. Her journey reflects the kind of career growth and support that Beesley & Fildes is proud to offer.

 

What a typical day for Kelly looks like: 

As Group Sales Development Manager, Kelly is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. Her role is all about trust, service, and staying ahead of the curve.

A typical day involves:

  • Visiting customer sites and offices to discuss upcoming projects
  • Quoting and pricing support to ensure competitive offers
  • Staying proactive to anticipate customer needs and outpace competitors
  • Offering expert advice and tailored solutions to help projects run smoothly

It’s a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with real-world connection – and Kelly wouldn’t have it any other way.

 

What does Kelly love about her job?

For Kelly, the best part of the job is the relationships, not just with customers, but with colleagues too. Many of the people she works with have become close friends over the years, and that sense of connection is something she truly values.

She’s also proud to be part of a company with such deep roots. With over 200 years of history, Beesley & Fildes has grown and evolved – but never lost its family feel. “[It] really does feel like home,” she says. “I always have and always will feel like I’m part of the B&F family.”

Kelly’s got an eye for detail on and off the job – she is a big fan of diamond art! It’s a creative hobby that brings a bit of sparkle to her downtime.
