Natalie Hale,  Group Merchandiser

Natalie joined Beesley & Fildes in 2021, bringing with her a rich background in retail and hospitality. She started part-time, supporting trade counters and helping with merchandising across the group. Fast forward a few years, and she’s now at the heart of our shop-floor strategy—ordering products, shaping displays, and making sure our counters look their best.

What Natalie’s role looks like:

Her day-to-day includes:

  • Ordering a wide range of shop products across all branches
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers to secure great service and stock
  • Ensuring trade counters are well-stocked and visually appealing
  • Collaborating with Marketing on point-of-sale materials
  • Representing Beesley & Fildes at trade fairs to promote the brand and connect with the industry

She also works closely with our Procurement Manager to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Giving back with Beesley and Fildes

Natalie’s not just a star in merchandising—she’s also a passionate supporter of our charity fundraising efforts. Whether it’s helping to organise events, rallying the team, or getting stuck in on the day, she’s always ready to lend a hand and raise money for good causes. Her enthusiasm brings people together and adds real heart to our community initiatives.

What Natalie loves most:

“I work under a really supportive manager and alongside a brilliant team—everyone’s always willing to help. You can feel that Beesley & Fildes is a family-owned business. There’s a genuine sense of care and community here.”

Off the Clock: A Hidden Talent

Before she was shaping displays and sourcing stock, Natalie was dancing on stage! She once performed in a show about the Liverpool Docks at the original Millennium Dome in London. Not your average merchandiser backstory—and we love that.
