We are seeking a Trade Counter Operative to join our friendly team in Birkenhead.

Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30am to 17:00pm and alternate Saturdays 08:00am-12:00pm

Pay: This role is paid at the applicable National Minimum Wage rate

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the trade counter, providing friendly and knowledgeable support
• Process orders accurately using our systems and tills
• Advise on product availability, pricing, and delivery options
• Keep the counter area clean, stocked, and well-presented
• Support stock control, merchandising, and promotional displays
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements

• Holds a valid driving licence (desirable)
• Good communication skills and a helpful can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn about our product range and services
• Team player with a flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities
